- Have protruding teeth
- Have a misaligned bite
- Have gapped teeth
- Have a minor overbite, underbite, crossbite, or open bite
- Not have severe misalignment, bite, or spacing issues; these more complex issues may require conventional orthodontic treatment, such as braces
- Be in good dental and oral health, without cavities or periodontal (gum) disease
- Be an adult (18 years old or more).
- Be committed to wearing the aligners for at least 20 to 22 hours per day
It is important to note that Invisalign is a commitment! They will only work in aligning your teeth if you are dedicated to wearing them every day. If you know you are not going to be consistent in wearing them then maybe this isn’t the treatment for you.
