The first interview visit and diagnostic process was professional and with genuine kindness at every step. Procedures, time frame, processes were very clearly communicated. Billing questions and timing was professionally worked through insurance and private funds, very satisfied. We continue to return for necessary procedures and are really happy about the amazing progress!

I have been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime but never have I had such a great experience as I did with Dr. Wu’s office. The first point of contact (front desk staff) were welcoming and kind. They understood what my needs were and went above and beyond catering to what my needs were.
When meeting with Dr. Wu, she was a pleasant as could be and was extremely knowledgeable. She discussed multiple courses of action for my dental care. She also suggested what would be the best option but also let me decide which option would work best for me for care and also financially.
The front desk was very accommodating working out the financial portion and created an acceptable payment plan.
I would highly recommend anyone to this office. You won’t be disappointed!!

I know I can always trust Dr Wu to have my best interests and health as her priority
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wu for 18 years. I followed her from her Danvers office to North Andover. Unlike some previous dentists I saw, she has never tried to sell me unnecessary cosmetic procedures. She has been available for dental emergencies, including on a holiday weekend. When I had to see another dentist while traveling, I learned how high-quality her experience and service are compared to others. And she corrected the poor quality work of that dentist when it didn’t hold up. I know I can always trust Dr. Wu to have my best interests and health as her priority. I appreciate her staff, who are always helpful, warm, and welcoming.

The best dentist and staff you can find. Totally PAIN FREE. These professionals listen to your needs and promise the best outcome. I couldn’t be happier with the office I have chosen. All those reviews that say something not nice is their issues because you couldn’t find a better office.
